The real "risotto primavera", the true recipe for spaghetti alla amatriciana?

With Dada-alacarte, it is possible at home, during your stay in Venice!

Our Chief (and a translatoir when necessary) comes in your apartment with all the Venetian ingredient necessary (included special kitchen equipment) to teach you the recipe you want to learn. You can then enjoy the family or your friends by offering a typical venetian diner.

A nice and different way to plunge into the Venetian culture!

The budget includes:

  1. selecting the specialty with you,
  2. purchases, for making the dish to be made in advance by our chef
  3. cleaning the kitchen when the dish is ready,
  4. written recipe for you to keep,
  5. personal advice or "tricks"

If necessary our Chief will come with a translator (French, German or Spanish). Our Chief speaks italian and english and can drive the lesson without any translator in both language.

Depending of the choice of the recipe, we will provide or a bottle of Prosecco (AOC) Valdobbiadene or a bottle of renowned italian wine to accompany the meal.

Budget is 200 € for a lesson of about two hours. Purchasing of products to make the recipe is your responsibility. We will buy the product and adapt the quantities to the number of guests who will share your dinner.
